Lawn & Landscape Services:
- Operate Zero Turn Mowers
- Operate Various Gas Powered Tools
- Operate Walk-behind Aerators
- Plant And Trim Shrubs
- Install Material To Landscape Beds
- Lift at least 75 .lbs
- 1+ Years Of Experience
- Significant Attention To Detail

Pressure Washing & Gutter Cleaning:
- Operate High Pressure Equipment
- Maneuver Ladders Safely
- Must Be Comfortable With Climbing A Ladder
- Must Be Comfortable With Heights Up To 32 ft.
- Lift at least 75 .lbs
- 1+ Years Of Experience
- Significant Attention To Detail

Other Requirements:
- Valid North Carolina Drivers License
- Pass Drug Test Initial/Random
- Reliable Transportation
- Clean Criminal Record 7+ Years
- Clean Driving Record 5+ Years
- Must Be Able To Do Basic Math, Read, And Write
- Reputable References
- Legal Working Age
